Rating: Interval or Ordinal?

I'm having some trouble understanding how rating is considered to be in interval scale as shown below. From what I understood from the lecture, even if we were to dub 'good' and 'bad' as 1 and 2 respectively, they should be in the ordinal scale of measurement as they can be ordered, but they provide no information as to how better one case is from the other. 

Please help me understand why the answer to the question below is interval scale. Also, if it is interval scale, can the 5th option be correct ?

Rating is again considered to be in interval scale in the explanation to a question as shown below. Also, since temperature in Celsius scale(interval scale) is converted to Kelvin scale(ratio scale) by adding 273.15, can addition also be a valid answer?
