most imp ques in percentile ofrmula if it set of even on. then for findn id any percnetile we have toake greate than vale we get or the average of the 2 no.s we get for example by formula p(n+1) if we get value =2.63 would we take value at 3rd positon or the average of the values at 2nd and 3rd positon ,please tell?

Hi,

If np comes integers then we take an average of values at that integer place and next to it. It does not matter if it has even no data or an odd number of data.
