Dear Sir/Madam,
The answer to the 5th question of the Activity Sheet 4,Question 5 should be BOTH MISSING BASELINE AND MANIPULATED Y-AXIS...But the answer is given only as MISSING BASELINE.
My reasoning:
1.The Graph does not show which point/value does the baseline of the Graph represents...so the graph is MISSING BASELINE.
2.Imagining after this flaw in the graph the baseline is mentioned then the graph wont be conveying that the Y-axis has been manipulated so MANIPULATED Y-AXIS.
I am also attaching the screenshot of the question below...Please look into this...
Regards,
Abhinav.

I figured it out. just watch the last few seconds of Lecture 4. The 'break' sign will be the staring point of the Y-axis instead of 0.
And since the baseline consists of the sign, the y-axis will no longer be considered manipulated. Hence, the baseline is the component that is missing.

I'm not sure but I think the reason is that the Intervals on y-axis are not random. The baseline is missing and if it was not, the graph would not be misleading since the interval of 30 is always constant and doesn't break. However, if the first value was 10 and then the aforementioned values were depicted, the graph would also have considered to have a manipulated y-axis.

Again it's just what I thought of.
Hope it helps :)
