Can you please explain what exactly is "MANIPULATED GRAPHS" or manipulated y-axis?

Hi,
Manipulated Y-axis means scaling on Y-axis is inappropriate with respect to given data.
For example, if the value of maximum data point is 100 and the scale on Y-axis is unnecessarily extended up to 300. This unnecessary extention of Y-axis is called manipulated Y-axis.
