1. Interval scale of measurement and ratio scale of measurement is not for categorical variable...?? It's only for numerical variable......Is the statement is correct...?

Yes, that is one way of putting it. Though numbers can be qualitative or quantitative.
- Ratings, Jersey numbers are Qualitative data even though they may have numerical values.
