Hello, Jessica,
Jersey number and mobile number are categorical variables. This is because there is no order in the jersey number and a mobile number even though they are numbers. Also they do not have numerical properties.
Numerical variables need not have units always. If you look at the specific density variable, even though it is a numerical variable it does not have any units as it is a ratio of the density of a substance to the density of water.
