I'm a lil confused why statement 1 is incorrect because isn't it possible that someone takes out time for painting for 0 hours and that too is data so basically statement 1 seems all okay whereas statement 2 on the other hand tells that we cannot make a conclusion as we don't have any data but that is wrong isn't it. We surely can draw a conclusion which is "Akash doesn't take out any time for painting."
Please clarify for the same.

Hi,
Saying statement 1st true means that he spends 0 hrs but we don't know how much time he spends. That's why we can not say that statement 1st is correct.
