In question 1, the formula he uses to calculate the angle for the frequency of the tenth observation is given. By using that formula we can calculate the frequency of the tenth observation.
2π−π∑ri = 1.02πFrom here, find ∑ri and then r(10) will be 1- ∑ri.
r(10) is relative frequency. Now, you can calculate the frequency for the tenth observation.
For question 2, try to find out the min, max, Q1and Q3 of the observation. Q1 and Q3 will be the endpoints of box and min, max will be the end of whiskers. Now check the options.
