In this question we can conclude whether this is positive or negative by using by serial method . But without having graph we can't conclude about strong or weak . If there's any other alternate for this to calculate it shortly without making graph please tell us about it , because making a graph on our hand isn't an easy task .

So please respond this message as soon as possible , also whether in exam we get drawn graph or we have to make it's own .

Hi,
You can find the correlation coefficient for the above problem, since both are numerical variables and based on the value of correlation coefficient, you can decide that is it a strong or weak correlation.
