The answer is option 3 - pie chart is misleading as it disobeys area principle  

Can you explain how is this possible, unless the first option is also correct.

Usually rounding off error refers to rounding to the nearest whole number. Hence, as here the representation itself is wrong, (20%, instead of 24%), it should be a case of disobedience of area principle.

Thanks for writing, Ajey.  However, it's still not convincing to me, given that it's hard to see how many degrees have been used to represent the slice in the pie chart...
