in question no. 12 and 13 its given in the question that all 4 players have played all 1000 matches and the data is given considering 1000 matches. then why the answer given is according to 500 matches?

1000 matches played by each player is not a fact. Just to make you confuse this 1000 is given. Total MOM award taken by the team is 500.which you get from the player 10 given data. Total MOM award received by the team is =76/0.152=500
By taking this 500 you have to answer the rest. Just go through the lecture and see the definition of Relative Frequency. I think your doubt will clear. THANK YOU
