If all the time's in the time column can be a case then ,is it right to say that Time is both a case and a variable.
Question - 8
If serial number is not given in the above table then "Name" can still be a variable.

Hi,
Time itself is a variable that takes values as 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM, etc. So, values such as 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM, etc are observations.
In the 2nd question, the name is variable whether the serial number is given or not.
