Spectacles/Glasses/Chasma wearers - Please watchout for fogging on your glasses!

A friend recently gave an examination and realized that the biggest problem she faced was her spectacles being fogged up due to the mask she hadn't realized it would cause such an issue.
There are a lot of suggestions online on how to prevent fogging, simple as just taping the mask, but i thought i should bring this to the notice of the folks here as my friend would have appreciated the same :)
