Here the final value for hitting a bullet at the ground is at coordinates (90,0) which is the same as L, then why L is safe, and if coordinates of hitting the ground are different from (90,0) then what will be the coordinates for hitting the ground.

I've done the mistake while answering the question-3. Because whether the bullet will hit at x=90 or not where L was standing was a confusion. The bullet will hit M but then a bullet can also penetrate so many people at a time. So, I had answered "Only K and N are safe". So, one may consider this answer as correct also.

Thank you. I've seen the solution pdf of wk-2 graded assignment.
It says that  " This means that the bullet will hit the worker M. We do not need to check for others as the bullet will not cross x = 82." That means the assumption is
"the bullet can't penetrate through worker M". and while answering my assumption was it will.

Hi all,
Do we have to also get prerequisite knowledge that whether a sniper's bullet can penetrate and remain on its trajectory or not? Because taking it as plain maths question, I supposed that M was hit and bullet penetrated and hit 'L' at the toe at (90,0). Hence 'L' wouldn't die but will not be safe either. Also Kindly share knowledge if another worker say 'Z' was standing at (83,0) will 'Z' be considered hit ?

Note: Bullet's can pass through a human body!.
