Dear Students,

We are trying to troubleshoot the course portal accessibility issue. We have raised the issue with the concerned team and are earnestly awaiting their inputs. Meanwhile, we would like to suggest the following workaround to enable you to access the portal for the time being.

Install any reliable VPN (like Turbo VPN lite) from the Google Play Store in Android or the App Store in Apple devices. In the play store or app store, you can possibly look at the reviews and the download counts before deciding which app you want to download. For PCs, you can either download a free VPN or add it as an extension in Google chrome.

Once installed, open the app and connect to the internet via the VPN app.

As we understand, the portal is accessible via some networks/ISPs. With the VPN, you should be able to access the portal irrespective of the ISP you are using.

Please follow the below. If it is working, please reply. The same has been sent through email in the morning itself.

Make sure you select any other country except India.

HOW TO CONNECT TO VPN:

MOBILE:

step 1: Download any of the VPN apps from Play Store (Android) or App Store ( IOS).

step 2: install the app.

step 3: click connect on the app to connect to the vpn server.

step 4: most vpn will prompt you to choose country, select any country except INDIA

PC:

step 1: open you chrome browser

step 2: search for setupvpn chrome extension or click this link below

step 3:click the create account as shown in the screenshot

Step 4: click all the check box as shown in the screenshot

Step 5: copy the code to clipboard by click on it

Step 6: click any country except india

Step 6: try to login to onlinedegree.iitm.ac.in once VPN is set up.

Yes it's working, In PC "US" location giving better connectivity, not an ideal condition though.

Loading is slow.
