My answer for this question was 3.80.

The accepted answer for this has been given 3.8.

In question, it was mentioned  "Answer should be till two decimal places, use zero before the decimal if value is less than one".

I don't see where i am wrong by following the question pattern only.

And I have been awarded "0" mark for this "3" marks question.

I guess this is from programming error by defining the data type of the answer as type 'string' which in this case should be 'numeric'.

So, I request you to kindly look into the matter and award the proper marks which is deserved.
