Technical Glitch

I've started facing issues in accessing my account after 1 am. When received the mail from the support team for the same and followed the steps to install a VPN, it didn't prove to be of any help. I am still not able to access my account even after successfully adding the extension.

This has surely caused a panic situation.

So looking forward for a concrete solution of this technical error at the earliest and also the extension of the deadline considering the same.

See guys how smart I am .. I've submitted all the exams without using any VPN and there was no any single mingle glitch of network issue in New Delhi.. It was all a STUDENT UNION SCAM to extend the deadline... but yeah.. I request you IITM people to extend the deadline because as I've seen many poor (by money) students were unbale to attempt submission on time... due to lack of resources... otherwise every student have got the same brain with same viens...

Dear Sir,

My name is Kankana Sengupta enrolled to the IITM Online course of Bsc in Programming and data science.

I submitted the Week 3 graded assignment for Mathematics for data science course at 23:57 hrs but the page did not accept the responses and I could not submit the assignment. I was well within the time limit but my response was not accepted.

I request you to kindly help me if I can be given a chance to retake the exam and submit it again or deadline be extended.
