DEAR SUPPORT TEAM
I AM specially concerned about the afternoon ( 2nd shift) students.

1) After TIME extension the exam for afternoon shift is going to end at 6:00 PM instead of 5 PM. Due to Covid very limited transportation services (TRAINS/BUSES) are available and the frequency even gets lower at night time in winter season. (I am talking about outstation candidates). My test center is around 100 KM AWAY from my Home in a different city, As my city is not in exam center list. As like me there are many students who have opted for outstation centers due to this reason.

2) There are still restrictions imposed in many places as per Covid advisory for movement of people's and public transport. Even the test center is in outskirts of the exam city making it more difficult to catch local transport till RAILWAY STATION OR BUS DEPOT.
Specially for female candidates it is a big problem.

3) Afternoon shift is a dull shift many students avoid having lunch to avoid dullness in the exam, it is difficult to focus and to keep concentration intact empty stomach till 6 PM.

I COMPLETELY APPRECIATE the concern and action you have taken based on the feed backs from the students about MOCK TEST difficulty level and time concern. There are MANY other ways to address these points like to decrease number questions or to lower down the difficulty level of the questions or to decrease cutt off level.

What difference one hour will make already it was 5,   its just changed to 6 I don't think that really matters.

It does make a difference. I got the afternoon shift too, and think about it for a minute. The cold weather, plus masks, plus those who wear glasses, not to mention we have been working on sums form 2:30, our efficiency is already low, this is the scenario only of the exam hall.
Outstation candidates have it worse because it will be dark and cold at 6 PM.

It has been postponed by half an hour and  increased by half an hour only. What difference will it make by 1 hour?
