Week 2 graded assignment maths marking error in question 3 and 11

Please have a look on the marking of Ques 11 and Ques 3 (week2 graded) that happened with me too!

Question - 3
After solving equation M is crossing the path of bullet and L is hit on foot the coordinate point where he is standing,
No where in question mentioned what is criteria of hurting whether he should cross path of bullet or even point of standing is enough to considered as hurt.

By applying logic he was hit on foot I answered : Only K and N are safe

I have submitted answer 3.80 as mentioned in question for two decimal places but it is marked as wrong.
