In response to your previous mail I want to inform you that there is no exam centre in Amritsar and my exam centre is in Ludhiana and due to farmers protest and on going pandemic transportation is not operational in my city. Therefore I am attaching train cancellation schedule for your reference. Please help me in this crucial time and many other students who are faceing same problem from Amritsar and nearby regions.
Hope you will do the needful as soon as possible.

Respected sir,
In response to your mail I want to convey that it's not only me who is facing this problem but many other students from my region Amritsar facing same problem of transportation as me but they haven't expressed it.
And many cities are going under curfew and being a such elite institution please discuss this issue with higher authority and state government because it's matter of whole country not just a state and this can also be risk of life as we move through many cities to reach our exam centre .So, please highly consider this issue.

A lot of problems are happening with respect to the exam centre, transportation, etc.
There's the curfew in major cities of Gujrat and Bhopal, and many people from various parts are having issues because train tickets have been cancelled, and also owing to the pandemic.
It is my earnest request to the IITM Support team, please consider the situation at hand.

Hi. Even I am from Amritsar. I would like to inform you that there are buses running from Amritsar to Ludhiana and the roadways are functional. You can also book a taxi for a round trip to Ludhiana in about 3-4k.
