Bro, this is commendable. But it may lead to privacy concerns. 
Also, if you don't know how they are going to normalize it (process of normalization, there are multiple ways to do it) , it would be just a guess.

To be frank, this isn't going to be useful and rather it might create confusion among the candidates. 

The posts in forums get around 1000 views at most. That's under 5% of the students registered for the course. Even if you try different channels, I don't think you'll be able to get even 25% of the data. With that sample, the estimate might be far from reality. Why give false hope or confusion among candidates. Just wait 3 more days.
