If a relation has only (a,a) as its element as per the live session discussion is it Reflexive, transitive and symmetric?

If the set on which the relation is defined, is having only one element {a},it is reflexive, transitive and symmetric.
If the set on which the relation is defined, is having more elements, it is transitive and symmetric.
