Regarding the lockdown and closing of transport routes

Dear Sir/Madam

I want to convey that Government of GUJARAT has already imposed "Curfew" in Ahmedabad from Friday 9 PM to Monday 6 AM and news coming on that they are going to impose a curfew in big cities of Gujarat (mainly Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot., etc.) by tonight. The Government is also closing the public transport for 300 routes (not sure about this news) from tonight. If the above-mentioned cities will go under lockdown there is no way the students from Gujarat will be able to give qualifiers (and knowingly, Ahmedabad is already under lockdown by tonight). 

Please react upon this situation immediately and reflect the verdict as soon as possible so that there will be no misunderstanding for those students (including me) who are travelling for more than 100 km to give the qualifiers.

not just Gujrat, the CM of Bhopal has also imposed a curfew, a couple of hours back.
