Can the sniper bullet harm more than one guy? Or will the first harmed guy stop the bullet before it can possibly reach another target. Basically can the bullet pierce through the targets or not?

No we are assuming that the bullet can hit only one target, it cannot pierce through the targets.

Thankyou for the explanation .
But if this was the case then all the options except the one which is correct will be invalid as bullet can hit only one target at a time.
So all the options stating injury of more than one people are invalid.
I request the staff to please add a note to the question itself about the any assumptions that are needed to be considered while solving a question.
