I am bhupider kumar from Amritsar i come to know you that due to non availability of public transport system i cannot rech the examination centre please postpone the exam date.

@nptel.iitm.ac.in is it official email id to write about postpone exam ? section 144 are allowed in my city so transport route are stopped so i want to write query about it
