To team,

I am writing here in order to get a response from the support team.
I had previously filled a google form which was sent to me regarding failure of submission of maths assignment 1. I had explained there and on another email in the forum about how even after repeated submissions, the page was not getting updated. I just checked my final marks. It is still showing that I didn't submit the first assignment. Please look into the matter and help me out. I have mailed several times already. I have checked my average score in maths. It is coming to a total of 108. The required marks for sitting for the exam is 120. Now, if I hadn't submitted the first assignment, then I would have accepted this. But I have been complaining about this for more than a week now. I have qualified in all the other subjects but this. This is not even my fault. I had submitted the assignment. I don't understand why I should have to pay the price because of this. I did the necessary work. This is not my fault.
I have written so many emails since the submission of the first assignment.
There has to be some solution to this. Please. I cannot miss out on this opportunity due to no fault of my own.

What should I do now?

I had submitted my first assignment repeatedly and that too well before time. This is not the first time I am complaining about this either. I have written a lot of mails regarding this for the last week. I did submit it. I have the required marks for all the other subjects other than maths. Now, due to no fault of mine, this Assignment score is not being added. I don't understand why I didn't get any reply for the past one week either. Please help me. I cannot miss out on this opportunity for a server problem or an error which is not my fault.

I would be really grateful if I got a reply. I have tried calling on the given number for the support team so many times but to no avail.
Please help me out.
