Hello Malabika ji,
Can you please expand your hint?
I understand that y co-ordinate of vertex is 5. We consider the axes as t (x axis) and H (y axis).
Further, at H=5, slope of curve is zero. After this we have linear equation in 2 variables t and u. Even though u is constant, we don't know it's value. So, we have to find t (x co-ordinate of vertex). How to proceed from here?

Ordinate [y value, here H(t)] of vertex =5 and x(t here) value of vertex is (-b/2a=u/20)
Then put the values in the equation and compute u.

Plug in the value for t(at vertex) in the given equation, then solve for u.
