In the formula Pv=RT,
if we consider P as the response variable (y-value), and T as the explanatory (x-value), you'll get SSE as 14.
if we consider T as the response variable, and P as the explanatory, SSE will not be 14.
As per physics, T should be considered the response variable, since it's plotted in the Y axis during lab experiments.
So, I believe the given option is not right.
Else, please provide proper justification to this. Also, tell us which variable should be treated as response and which one as explanatory, and why?
