As per answer provided L is safe.
The bullet fired by the sniper can hit the person standing at point L - i.e. at 90 ft from origin.
It is impossible (ambiguous) to assume bullet can or cannot hurt one persona and then hit the feet of other person in line assuming it as a straight line unless it is clearly specified.
I think the question should clearly specify. - else the score get affected due to ambiguity in question itself.

When will I get my answer?? How many days should I wait??
How can you be so sure that we do not need to check for others as the bullet will not cross x = 82. Is there any mention about that? What makes us confident that the bullet does not pierce M and hits L?? The question is about who are safe or not. We do not have any data about the speed of bullet and also the thickness of M. Is it not over estimated that only M is in danger?? Please clarify.
