Point -Slope form
y-y,= m(x-x,)
-> y-y,=mx-mx, 
y-mx=y,-mx,
y-mx,-y,+mx,=0

with respect to Ax+By+C=0 , 
-y,+mx,=c , 
y,-mx,=-c 

My question is how did professor say m=-A/B & c=-C/B
