Should it be C or 5C as high lighted below ?

The answer will be totally different if that's the case.

When the equation is written in slope point form then y=-x/5 +c (slope m=-1/5, c is the intercept at Y axis)

But, when equation is written in general standard form(Ax+ By +C=0) then 5y + x = c {[since c(intercept at Y axis) = -c/B, ] here c = C}
