From the function it's clear that for both x = -4 and x = 10/4, y value is 0.  Thus, it's not injective.

Also, it's an absolute function.  f(x) is always greater than 0, whatever value x be.  It can never assume a negative value.  THus, it doesn't cover the whole co-domain.  So, it's not sujective too.
