sir my PORTAL is not Loading. plz look into the issue

again. after a tech call i get to know. that some isps. are not letting the portal access 

vpn is not connecting. seamlessly

the vpn is absolutely slow 

this is leading to huge delay 

kindly suggest appropriate action as working professionals because the vpn is slow the system is slow 

kindly support and either move to non vpn as earlier or. i suggest an extension. 

data undertaker is  600/ 700  students affected.  and it may be a significant. sample to. address the issue
