week 2 graded assignment question 3 clarification required

Respected Sir/Mam,

In week 2 graded assignment question 3 it has not been stated that when a bullet strikes any of the persons will it continue to be in same straight line motion after striking him or will it stop at his body only. (As it is possible that a bullet penetrate through the persons body). Moreover, if possible please clarify that if a bullet comes to end of its path at the contact point of the person with the ground, will he be treated as safe or in danger.

But isn't this ambiguous? It's no where stated in the question that the bullet stops after hitting a person. Shouldn't L also be unsafe?

It is definitely ambiguous to me as well. If you consider L to be a worker, and consider them as two cases, then it definitely hits his leg as the question does not say clearly that it stops after hitting a person. Anyway this is my humble take on it.
