It's ques no.
3. The snipers aim according to the question it hits M first at his head/body but there is a chance that it can also hit "L" at the feet. Either way just M or both M and L it all depends on the velocity of bullet and other factors but both are possible.
And its not mentioned that after hitting one person whether the bullet comes out and travels again or retards or stuck inside the person.
11. You can see that everyone saying and even it's mentioned in the question that round of upto two decimal places and also 3.80 = 3.8 isn't it?
