Pay via SPOC - Approve/Reject candidates for Sep exam last date - August 26th, 12noon

Dear SPOCs,

A gentle reminder on approving/rejecting candidates who have chosen 'Pay via SPOC' in the exam form.

SPOCs kindly approve/reject the candidates who have chosen this option 'Pay via SPOC' inside your SPOC login. 

SPOC can approve/reject only till August 26, 12noon (this applies only to those Local Chapters which have agreed for Bulk payment).

After this date, no approval/rejection can be done.

If candidates are still pending for approval/rejection after this date/time, pending candidates will be automatically redirected for Direct payment.

Kindly go to your SPOC login in the Local Chapter page, 
Bulk Upload & Payment ---> Pay via SPOC details ---> September Bulk Payment Candidates Details - Pending for SPOC Approval

The approved and rejected list of candidates is available in September - Bulk Payment Approved & Rejected Candidates Report

You can start making the Bulk fee payment towards the candidates for whom you have approved.

Kindly ensure that the Bulk payment details are entered without fail inside the SPOC login of the Local Chapter page

To Enter the bulk payment details:

Bulk Upload & Payment --> Bulk Payment - DD/NEFT/ATM/RTGS  --> Click here to enter Bulk Payment - DD/NEFT/ATM/RTGS - details

Once the Bulk payment has been done, the bulk payment details (scanned image of the DD/NEFT transaction slip) should be entered here.

Filling this detail is mandatory as this assures that you have paid the exam fee in bulk to NPTEL 
and which in turn helps us to keep track of the same and approve your payment once we receive it.

Last date for the Bulk fee payment to reach NPTEL office : August 28, 5pm
