Fee waiver selection process - Jul-Dec 2023 semester

Dear SPOCs,

Fee waiver selection process is open now for the Jul-Dec 2023 semester.

As before, we are working with limited CSR funds; hence we are requesting SPOCs to recommend only the most deserving students for fee waiver.

Fee waiver criteria for the Jul-Dec 2023 semester has been based on:

• Availability of CSR funds

• Number of Local Chapters who apply for fee waivers and increase in number of students to be supported

Deadlines

Opening date: Dec 13, 2023

Closing date:  Dec 19, 2023 - 5PM

Note

1. You may add/delete and re-submit candidates for fee waiver until the last date shown above.

But, it has to stay within the count limit mentioned in the fee waiver criteria doc.

So, once the limit is reached, unless you remove a candidate, you will not be able to add another one.

2. The last date mentioned above will not be extended whatsoever.

Requesting all SPOCs to adhere to these deadlines.

Next steps - after Fee waiver application closes

- After we close this Fee Waiver Recommendation form, you will be able to download it as Pdf.

- You will have to upload a Principal letter validating the count of recommended candidates - template will be shared with you later

- You will have to upload the candidate Excel sheet with Principal signature on all pages

Please recommend only the most deserving students for fee waiver.
