This to remind you that enrollment/Mentor addition of Jul-Dec 2018 semester is open. 

Kindly encourage the faculty/ students of your college to enroll for the same before the last date.

Open Mentor Addition Facility	Apr 17 2018
Close Mentor Addition Facility	Aug 20 2018	Aug 13 2018	Aug 6 2018	Sept 3 2018

A few points to be noted :

i) The faculty must mandatorily enroll for the course they wish to mentor.

ii) While enrolling for the course, they must select "Profession" as "Faculty" (not "Employed")

iii) They must select "Yes" for the Local Chapter question. If they select "No" for this question, they will not be recognized as mentors for the course. 

iv) A faculty can mentor for a maximum of two courses. 

v) A course can have a maximum of 5 mentors. (If there are large number of students enrolling for that particular course and you need to add more mentors, then please write to us at localc...@nptel.iitm.ac.in with all the details of the concerned mentor/mentors)
