Regarding 3 consonant cluster

Didn't Sir teach us that 3 consonant cluster takes place only at initial place of a word?

but karthika mam discuss about 3 consonant cluster at different positions of the word whereas at initial position 3 consonant cluster only be s+p/t/k+r/l

Hi

Can you please tell me the lecture number where Karthika Ma’am discussed about this ?

Also if this is the case, they should have released a Errata for English, as this is a mistake and should have pointed it out. I could very well remember that Rajesh Kumar Sir said that consonant clusters are very specific in nature and only occur at initial position of the word and have a very specific pattern.
