Non-functional audio jacks at various exam centres

I couldn't attempt the listening question because the audio jacks at my exam centre weren't working. I had a word with the invigilator, but he wasn't able to fix it. The entire lab had the same issue. I request IIT-M to please not consider the listening question or award full marks to all those students who faced the similar issue.

I request all other students who have faced similar technical issues to mail the IIT-M and post in forum regarding this, so that they can hear us out!
