Assignment not considered

Respected sir/ma'am,

I clearly remember submitting my graded assignment of Week-3 for English 1. However, when I accessed it today morning, it is showing as 'Not submitted' for the graded assignment. Kindly look into the same and take corrective action at the earliest.

Also, I have scored above 40% average with the first and second weeks so even if there is no corrective action for this and the result is considered as 0, will I still qualify as my average is above 40%??
