In the lesson L2.6, the word "Clothes" is pronounced /kloz/. However, the pronunciations I found online are /klowthz/ in British English, /klowdhz/ in Indian English and /klowthz/ in American English.

The emphasis of the lecture here is on the 'z' sound. You may pronounce it the way it comes naturally to you.
