Doubt reg Qn 17 of Graded Assignment 1 and reg Scoring Logic

At the outset, I like to thank for all detailed solutions provided.

I wish to state that I have gone through Explanation Video for Graded Assignment 1, before raising this query.

Doubt 1:

In Qn 17, info on Shopping Bill is given.

Every Shopping Bill, needs a serial number/ bill number, as the one provided in our sample dataset.

Since it is missing, I have marked Line 1 also as a possible mistake. Shouldnt this be considered, for sanity of Data?

Doubt 2:

I have marked options 1, 4, 6, 7.
Accepted answers: 4, 6, 7

But my score is 0, for this qn (please refer attached screenshot)

Shouldn't there be a partial scoring like 2 points out of 3.

Please clarify regarding the scoring logic, so that we can approach future questions accordingly.
