While going with options, Number of students with total marks more than 80 is understandable but how “Number of male students with total marks at most 80” fits into it.

Number of male students with total marks at most 80” . = students with marks <80 and they are male .
Number of students with total marks more than 80 =  Students  marks >80

can i ask how the second option
it may represent only males  is not a correct option ( if no data set was provided)
assuming no one got above 80 so wouldn't that option will be valid as OR is used.

If no one got above 80 then the second option "No. of male students + No. of female student >80 "
will be reduced to " Number of male students+ Zero".  which is True
