The computational thinking part in qualifier was much easier than i expected  and that i think is because of non availability of full datasets otherwise it would have been of good level

Yes, CT paper was easy. I am not sure, but somehow the Mathematics section was tricky. My Mathematics section was going OK only. What you say about it?

Maths was pretty easy i think. Numerical value given this time was really nice. Calculation was kept simpler this time.

Oh...Thanks for the updates. It simply means my preparation wasn't well for Mathematics section...:(
My Qualifier result depends on the Mathematics section only.

Can anyone explain what could be the value of lamda. I got lamda equal to both 0 and -1 but in options we could choose only one of then.

it should be -1, as for 0, you will get two points as origin and hence not distinct points.

From what I remember, I think lambda's value came out to be -1/2 and 0. So I chose to go for 0 since -1/2 wasn't in the options. I am not sure if I was right, though.

all the paper/subject was very easy. I think It will only take 1 hrs to solve all que. 15 min was enough for each paper. the calculator was so fast and efficient that without putting all data/numbers it gives STD, COVV..etc in no time.
