“Register the patient” comes before “Registered patient”...how can we talk to the professors regarding it?

read again, why would anyone not need an appointment after a follow up. Answers are correct.

why would you register the patient if they are already registered? Better flow would be to check if they are registered or not, if not then register.

I think the whole procedure depends on the doctor and hospital. In some hospitals, even before the patient arrives he/she may have to make an appointment. In other small hospitals we don't need either an appointment or we need to register the patient before visiting the doctor. In Some hospitals the patient is registered after the doctor has checked the patient.

Same is the case for a nurse. In most of the hospitals, the patient is assigned a nurse after the patient is checked up by the doctor. This is the case in most small hospitals and clinics. And we don't know whether the question is about a multispecialty hospital or a regular one. My point is that the procedure is different in different hospitals. And not all of us have been to a multispecialty hospital or made an appointment to visit regular hospitals.

It can't be told one way is correct/ wrong. I lost marks in this question. Course support team, please verify this.

Thank you
