Can't able to submit Graded Assignments

while submitting the graded assignment one pop-up shown with an error message.I have tried using other browser, laptop, clearing cache but still this problem occuring.please help me

Click OK and you have to solve the questions again. The same happened with me today.

Please refresh the page and try again because other students are able to submit.
Still if the problem persists then please contact the support team on this issue.
