Unable to submit Graded Assignment

Sir, I am unable to send my graded assignment. When I submitted for the first time, It said "Something Went Wrong". Then it reloaded automatically and all my answers were gone. I tried it second time and again it did the same. I logged out and logged in again, Now my answers are shown but I am unable to submit it. Please check the issue.
