We are trying to troubleshoot the course portal accessibility issue. We have raised the issue with the concerned team and are earnestly awaiting their inputs. Meanwhile, we would like to suggest the following workaround to enable you to access the portal for the time being

HOW TO CONNECT TO VPN USING YOUR DESKTOP/LAPTOP:
step 1: open you chrome browser
step 2: search for setupvpn chrome extension or click this link belowhttps://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/setupvpn-lifetime-free-vp/oofgbpoabipfcfjapgnbbjjaenockbdp
step 3:click the create account as shown in the screenshot
Step 4: click all the check box as shown in the screenshot
Step 5: copy the code to clipboard by click on it
Step 6: click any country except india
Step 6: try to login to the portal once VPN is set up.
