Hi,

I could not understand why my answer to question 18 is wrong. If this should be a list, then the serial number of items in shopping bills should also be a list cause we don't know how many items are bought in the shopping bill list.

but I could not understand the logic behind subject marks to be a list whereas serial number to be a list.

Early response is awaited.

Thanks
Pranjal Sarkar

Same doubt..

Subject marks should be having integer as data type inplace of list.. That should be the most appropriate option..isn't?

Can anyone from the course support team clarify this. I even asked a similar doubt in one of the live sessions, I was guided that both integers and list are correct representations and so I chose integer.
I think that we can add the 3 subject marks as a whole to the data set (in this case, a list) or even add the marks of each new subject in a new iteration (in this case, integer data type).
But it says the only accepted answer is a list.

please clarify this.
Thank you

Yes. I also think integer is the right answer.

The way I understand it, the question is to choose the datatype of three new fields, ie, Marks of English, marks of Geo and marks of History
That should be Integer since the marks are always integers.
